LOW COST - We primarily use index mutual funds, bond mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in portfolio construction and avoid expensive actively managed funds and sales charges.

OPEN ARCHITECTURE - As an independent investment manager, we screen the investable universe for appropriate investments and are not limited to any fund family.

PERIODIC "AS-NEEDED" REBALANCING - To manage portfolio risk level, we review and rebalance when the current holdings deviate from the account's target asset allocation.
