Liberty Wealth Advisors® is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing team. The Financial Advisor plays an integral role in developing strong relationships with clients and prospects, guiding them over the course of many years to help them achieve their long-term financial goals. Liberty Wealth Advisors® currently has relationships with over 700 clients and $1.75 billion* of assets under management.
Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Foster respectful and enduring relationships with high-net-worth individuals, including existing clients as well as new prospects provided by the Marketing Team
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to:
- Understand their financial goals and concerns
- Analyze their current course of action and potential alternative courses of action
- Develop planning recommendations based on the individual needs of each relationship
- Deliver planning recommendations and answer questions
- Implement planning recommendations
- Monitor client progress and update as necessary
- Facilitate investment strategy implementation by the Portfolio Management Team
- Work in a highly collaborative and harmonious manner with Client Relationship Managers to:
- Assign projects and supervise quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Train, coach and deliver feedback on process and methodology
- Support marketing and business development efforts of the firm
- Support continuous development and improvement of the wealth planning client journey
- Improve the referral stream through exceptional client service
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- CFP® Professional
- At least 4 years of industry experience as a Financial Advisor, including:
- Serving clients in a comprehensive wealth planning setting
- Success in growing client relationships and gathering assets
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner with high follow-through
- Ability to work with a team, yet be a self-starter and willing to serve others
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
- Ability to think creatively and be innovative
- Desire and ability to embrace a Servant Leadership culture
- Prior experience using Salesforce CRM, Black Diamond, eMoney and/or MoneyGuidePro a plus
